About
Holly Hagman has been a lifelong dieter. If there was a diet, she most likely tried it. After years of losing and gaining the same 10-20 lbs with restrictive diets that almost always led to binging, under-eating and over exercising, she decided it was time to try something else. She found a dietitian/nutrition coach that helped heal her relationship with food, understand her energy needs, and heal damage done to her hormones, metabolism, and gut health. Years of working in the wellness industry, teaching, and coaching led her into wanting to learn more about how nutrition can help balance and heal bodies. She pursued and received her master’s in science in clinical nutrition. She continues research and learn as much as possible and loves sharing her passion, knowledge, and experience with women of all ages. Holly understands that mindset is just as important as nutrition knowledge in making lifelong changes, so she is continually learning new ways to approach clients to meet their individual needs. No two people are the same so no two nutrition plans will be the same.
Holly holds a master’s in science in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University. She is certified as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and sports nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She has been a dance instructor for over 20 years and has taught group fitness classes for the last 10 years.
