Holly Hagman, MS, CNS candidate, is a clinical nutrition professional, certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and sports nutrition coach with a passion for helping people build healthier relationships with food and their bodies. After years of struggling with restrictive dieting herself, Holly discovered a sustainable, evidence-based approach to nutrition that transformed her health and inspired her career.
She works with all nutritional needs from perimenopausal women to dancers/student athletes and all those inbetween, helping them improve energy, performance, recovery, and overall well-being through realistic, individualized nutrition strategies. Holly believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and creates practical plans that fit each client's unique lifestyle and goals.
